Meet the Urbini Avi

The Urbini Avi Jogger is a newcomer to the market of jogging strollers. This new jogging stroller, which is only available at particular stores, is a terrific substitute for some of the pricier jogger models. Just $199 will get you an Urbini Avi!

Value for Money

The Avi and the Urbini Petal Infant Car Seat can be combined to create a travel system if that’s your thing. Just keep in mind that you should never jog with a baby who is under 6 to 8 months old. This jogging stroller and car seat with the base are only available at one retailer for less than $200.

What parents say

“I purchased this from the Urbini website for $150 with a car seat. It is excellent for newborns.” – E. October 5, 2015, 4 stars

“Overall, it’s worth the money, but be mindful of the problems. I’ll be putting some effort into coming up with fixes for the padding and cup holder.” – T. April 11, 2015, 3 stars

“The excellent suspension smooths out all the potholes and cracks on the sidewalk. For the price, this stroller is excellent.” – S. March 4, 2017, 5 stars

Ease of Use

There are many positive aspects to this jogging stroller. Its ability to be folded swiftly and easily with one hand is undoubtedly its best feature. When folded, the Avi also maintains its position and uprightness. Putting on the front wheel is as simple as popping the back wheels on first.

It is necessary to fasten the front wheel to the front and tighten the clip and bolt in order to install it. The front infant handlebar can then be quickly attached.

What parents say

“Except for the front wheel, assembly was simple. To inflate the tire, you’ll need an old-fashioned Shrader hand pump that can slide in between the spokes.” – T. April 11, 2015, 3 stars

“I would prefer a better/larger storage basket underneath. It’s a bit difficult to get items in and out of there.” – P. October 10, 2017, 4 stars

“It was simple to put together, but if you lock the front wheel, you won’t be able to turn on a corner. So make sure you follow the instructions for unlocking and locking it.” – C. October 11, 2016, 5 stars

Portability

By pulling the strap in the seat, it is simple to fold the Avi with one hand. It is simple to move because of its controllable, compact fold that helps it to stand alone.

What parents say

“The stroller does not stand up when it is folded and when you try to store it. I attempted to lock the back wheels but after folding, the lock bar gets pushed out. It makes it tough to transport this stroller. It is bulky and incredibly hefty.” – K. March 30, 2019, 3 stars

“I like how quickly and easily this stroller assembles, how light its frame is, and how comfortable my kids find it to ride in.” – A. June 4, 2018, 5 stars

Maneuverability

The Urbini Avi offers improved stability, control, and agility, thanks to its responsive, swivel-lock front wheel, multi-position handle, single-touch brake, one-hand quick-fold, and detachable wheels.

On the other hand, several parents in our survey complained about the wheels’ performance – these lose air so fast, making it more challenging to maneuver.

What parents say

“It has been quite annoying! It occasionally shakes and rattles terribly while I’m running. Not good!” – M. August 11, 2015, 1 star

Safety and Quality

As claimed by Urbini, your child will pleasantly enjoy all rides with the cushioning of the plush seat and protection from the two-position canopy. But it doesn’t seem like parents approved the seats; they say that their little riders are not that comfortable in them.

With the Urbini Avi, there are no restrictions on where you and your infant can go. With a running stroller, a safety wrist strap is essential, and this stroller has one.

What parents say

“The locked wheel was badly dragged to the left on the first stroller. We returned it and tried another, but the same thing occurred.” – M. August 11, 2015, 1 star

“When traveling over bumps or difficult terrain, a child’s head may hit the hard plastic construction or connection points on the sides of the stroller because there is no padding there.” – T. April 11, 2015, 3 stars

“The tires won’t hold air, despite being quite lovely and robust. We only pump the front tire, but it becomes flat within an hour. Therefore, regrettably, we must return it.” – B. July 16, 2016, 2 stars

Accessorize Your Urbini Avi

This jogger comes with a cup holder but no parent console and child tray. The cup holder is located on the side of the handlebar to keep your drink handy.

What parents say

“The cup holder is wonderful for jogging and is working perfectly for me.” – E. October 5, 2015, 5 stars

“It is useless to have a cup holder. It is improperly mounted and topples over as a result of its poor balancing point and insufficient depth.” – T. April 11, 2015, 3 stars

“The adjustable handle is fantastic. Wish it had a tray for snacks!” – K. March 30, 2019, 3 stars

Is the Urbini Avi a Practical Choice for Your Family?

The Urbini Avi Jogger is extremely significant because it is lightweight, simple to fold, and doesn’t take up an entire trunk. It also glides effortlessly and provides the kids with a comfortable ride.
