Thanks for your interest in contributing to Stuff4Tots!

We are parents ourselves and are committed to give the same quality of resources, products and service that we would expect to receive for our own children.

One of the ways we can provide this service is to team up with some of the best minds in the parenting world to educate families who are going through the first 1,000 days of their child’s life.

Here’s an example list of desired blog post themes and topics:

• Baby: Tips and advice for your new itty-bitty bundle of joy
• Toddlers: Tips and advice on how face the challenges of raising toddlers
• Pregnancy: Learning how to care for your body and your baby throughout pregnancy, birth, and those first two amazing years; answering questions from mommy or daddy during pregnancy about changes happening to the family during this time
• Parents: Self-care tips; how to juggle being a parent with every other aspect of your life

Content Tips

Here are some guest post content tips:

• We love to share content that’s relevant, educational, entertaining and engaging.
• Posts should be at least 500 words in length. Ideally 1,000 words+
• Break up your content, so it’s easy to read (include headings, subheadings, bullets, and any other visual elements to increase your article’s readability).
• Write in a natural, conversational tone. Don’t shy away from showing off your sense of humor. :c)
• Please make a concerted effort to use correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Due to time constraints, submissions which require excessive editing cannot be accepted.
• All content must be original. If your post has appeared anywhere else on the web, we can’t publish it on our blog.
• Always name your sources. We understand that you’re an expert, but our audience might not be so sure. If you quote other content, link to it. Please provide links to any external references or data.
• Talk about mistakes you’ve made, strategies you’ve used, etc. Draw on your own personal experience to speak authoritatively about what you know.
• Take a position. If you disagree with common wisdom on a topic, discuss why and back up your perspective with facts.
• Please provide a headshot and a short (3 or 4 line) bio. You can link to your blog from within your bio.
• In addition to the bio link, we can put in one other contextual link to your blog.

NOTE: Stuff4Tots reserves full editorial control and may edit or tweak submissions as we see fit. These tweaks include anything from removing too much self-promotion, to optimizing for SEO, minor edits, and more. We cannot guarantee publishing any post submitted if it does not, in our judgement, meet the needs of our audience. If in doubt, please reach out to us before writing the article.

As you can see from the team of experts and parents we have aboard at Stuff4Tots, we only recruit top-quality, authoritative writers to join our editorial team. And where an article may cover medical topics, we like to be doubly sure we have got it right. That’s why you’ll see “Medically Reviewed” badges on some of our articles. We’ve had one of our medical team review the content of that article and provide feedback, suggestions, and comments. Each article is reviewed against current medical guidelines to make sure it is up-to-date and medically accurate.

Submitting your work acknowledges that you have read and agree to these notes and conditions.

Thank you!
