Meet the Cosatto Shuffle
The colorful Cosatto Shuffle features twin handles and an umbrella fold. Its small double wheels can handle smooth city streets. Taller parents will benefit more from the handlebars’ higher height.
Siblings of various ages can use the seats which are arranged one behind the other. Since the back seat reclines completely, it is intended for a younger baby starting at birth. For an older child who can sit independently, the front seat with the shorter hood is appropriate because it cannot be reclined. The seats don’t have leg rests.
Value for Money
The Cosatto Shuffle package is a great deal as it offers excellent value – footmuffs for the front seat and a baby nest for the back seat, a rain cover, hoods with windows to watch the babies, and a compact umbrella fold.
Ease of Use
This stroller is relatively simple to assemble. Its swivel front wheels make it easy to maneuver. It has a good-sized storage basket so that you’ll be worry-free during those whole-day outings.
Folding the Shuffle is actually fairly easy to do. Even with the rain covers attached, it collapses and flattens out like a large umbrella. If the covers aren’t linked, it becomes even more small and elegant.
However, despite how little it folds, one parent said that it still wouldn’t fit in a 5-door Polo even though the front wheels were taken off.
What parents say
“Because the seat does not even slightly recline, it is excellent for a newborn infant but terrible for a toddler. If your toddler enjoys taking a nap during the day, I would not at all recommend this pram. After all, who wants to sleep while sitting up straight?” – L. October 9, 2018, 1 star
“Although very attractive, it is really difficult to fold down. Recommended if you just use your stroller sometimes around the house, but be careful if you frequently fold your buggy.” – P. December 30, 2020, 3 stars
Portability
The Cosatto Shuffle is lightweight. In addition, because it is in tandem form, it is more maneuverable than a standard double stroller and is simpler to use on public transportation. This stroller seems to be somewhat durable despite being lightweight. With eight wheels instead of four, the chassis is more robust and sturdy, which adds to its stability.
What parents say
“My son’s head completely flops forward when he falls asleep, so I couldn’t use the stroller because the front has a low back and doesn’t recline. I’m unable to use it because it’s so hefty.” – S. September 29, 2016, 2 stars
Maneuverability
On concrete and rough terrain at the park, the Cosatto Shuffle feels pretty solid. However, due to the heavier baby’s weight being concentrated mostly at the front, steering may become a little difficult.
What parents say
“Once you get the hang of it, it’s a little tough to maneuver, but it’s a terrific, stylish buggy for town.” – S. June 7, 2016, 5 stars
Safety and Quality
Instead of having four wheels, it has eight, which gives it a wonderful appearance. The back seat is flat, and it appears to be sturdy.
Parents, on the other hand, complain about the stroller’s fragile construction and several of its pieces that broke after use.
What parents say
“The clasp that you use to fold it up from broke, it is quite heavy, and it won’t close when you have the hoods on.” – K. December 16, 2018, 2 stars
“It does at least let me go out on my own. Despite the substantial frame, it is still very small. But since it has to sustain the weight of two kids, that makes sense to me. The box arrived seriously damaged and it was delivered two days late, thus I can no longer give stars.” – V. September 2, 2021, 4 stars
“It has short backrests and it’s too shaky. It is extremely heavy and big. It’s not really something I recommend.” – U. September 12, 2020, 2 stars
Accessorize Your Cosatto Shuffle
The box includes the chassis, two seat units, eight wheels, a storage basket, two hoods, a head hugger, a footmuff, and a rain cover.
The footmuff can be unzipped and used as a seat liner.
It doesn’t have a cup holder, parent console, or child tray.
Is the Cosatto Shuffle a Practical Choice for Your Family?
The Cosatto Shuffle is very colorful tandem stroller that can comfortably transport your little ones at an affordable price.
Here are its pros:
- Great value for money
- Comes with a rain cover
- Has a footmuff for the front seat
- Has a baby nest for the rear seat
- Has a compact umbrella fold
- Quite easy to assemble
Here are its cons:
- It’s very long, which isn’t helpful for those with smaller cars
- Chest straps are almost impossible to remove to accommodate the footmuff/baby nest
As with all strollers, the Cosatto Shuffle has some hiccups. But if looking at value for money, looks, and your little ones’ enjoyment, this stroller could be one that’s worth considering.
